Everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing an order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather, strikes, or high-volume periods.
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, depending on your pin code and order size. The courier partner is assigned automatically at dispatch to ensure the best delivery experience.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by contacting us at [email protected] with your order ID.
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery address, or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
