Our Commitment
At Biotag, we take quality seriously. Every batch is third-party lab tested before it ships. If something isn't right, we want to fix it quickly and fairly.
Eligible Returns
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or full refund in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
- The product is defective (foreign matter, incorrect texture, off smell)
- You received the wrong product (different SKU or variant)
- The product is expired or past its best-before date at the time of delivery
Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind after the package has been opened
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Partially consumed products (except in case of quality defects)
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Replacement: A replacement order will be dispatched within 3 business days
- Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval
- Store credit: You may opt for store credit, which is processed within 1 business day
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, Biotag will arrange and cover the cost of return pickup. You do not need to ship the item back at your own expense. Our logistics partner will coordinate the pickup.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without charge within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please email us immediately at [email protected] to request a cancellation.
